In an effort to further enhance its member benefits, the DCMS is pleased to announce the newest program designed to assist physician practices in Northeast Florida. The DCMS Employment Connection is a physician recruitment tool that allows practices to identify candidates from a world-wide database developed by JobTarget. Furthermore, local physicians can post their CV and practice preferences on the DCMS Employment Connection to allow local practices to recruit local physicians. Rates are heavily discounted for DCMS members, especially when compared to recruitment firms that charge thousands of dollars for similar services. The DCMS Employment Connection is simply another example of how membership has its privileges.

The medical society has partnered with JobTarget to develop this user-friendly, internet-based tool that, according to consistent requests from members, is a much needed resource.
